Sales Elite Challenge is a nationwide sales pitch competition of technical and consumer product, which organised annually by Huawei Malaysia. It consists of 2 stages, which are preliminary round and the grand finale. This competition mainly targets the Malaysian university students from various background as well as the fresh graduates who have graduated and less than one-year working experience.

Yes, this competition is open for all Malaysian undergraduate and postgraduate students, regardless the course and major.
Yes, you are qualified to participate in the competition as Malaysian fresh graduates who graduated with less than one-year working experience are welcomed to participate.

All the registrations is submitted individually.
Preliminary round is an individual presentation. You’re required to have a presentation about your self-introduction and followed by a Q&A session.
Grand finale is a group presentation. 50 finalists will be assigned into a group of 5 and each group will be given 2 business simulation cases. Every group is required to design the business solutions for both cases and prepare the group sales pitch.
2 business simulation cases will be provided to each group. The scope will focus on B2B (business-to-business) technical products and B2C (business-to-consumer) consumer product.
